This Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) is dated 1 August 2009. It replaces all previously issued product disclosure statements, supplementary product disclosure statements and prospectuses and will remain in force until either replaced, supplemented or withdrawn. The Responsible Entity, WVRSP ACN 090 503 923, is the issuer of this PDS. The Responsible Entity holds an Australian Financial Services Licence No. 225200 issued by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission ("ASIC").

This Supplementary Product Disclosure Statement (SPDS) dated 1 March 2010 supplements the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) dated 01 August 2009 issued by Wyndham Vacation Resorts South Pacific Ltd ACN 090 503 923 for interests in WorldMark South Pacific Club ARSN 092 334 015 and should be read in conjunction with the PDS dated 01 August 2009. Unless otherwise indicated all defined terms used in this SPDS have the same meaning as given to those terms in the PDS.
